Project description
The use of injury prevention training in the past has been proven to reduce injury in football. Accordingly, every player benefits from the regular use of sensorimotor training. However, the recommendations on the duration, frequency, and intensity of these programs vary widely. The aim of this study is therefore to examine the dose-response relationship of a multi-modal training on the injury incidence in football. Two different training scopes of a standardized warm-up program are carried out in young adolescent players and the effects on the incidence rate of sports injuries are observed.
