Last week, the 16th European Congress of Sport & Exercise Psychology (FEPSAC) was held in Padova, Italy (see https://fepsac2022.eu/External link). This year the conference was entitled: "Sport, exercise and performance psychology: challenges and opportunities in a changing world".
Members of our Department contributed two talks in different sessions and one poster at the poster sessions (speakers or presenters are printed in bold).
- Talk: Motives and Motor Performance: Current Findings and Future Directions (Florian Müller& Rouwen Cañal-Bruland)
- Talk: Research on Anticipation in Sports: Quo Vadis? (Rouwen Cañal-Bruland)
- Poster: Birds of a feather excel together? The impact of dyadic motives on performance in a joint action task (Norman Hüttner, Florian Müller & Rouwen Cañal-Bruland)
The congress took place in the university buildings of the University of Padova, the second oldest university in Italy and the fifth oldest in the world. Accordingly, the congress locations were very impressing and gave a beautiful frame to the congress. We thank the organizers for a great conference.
