Prof. Cañal-Bruland was invited to present his research in the "Groningen Lectures in Movement Sciences 2021-2022" series at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands on May 12, 2022 (Hosts: Prof. Koen Lemmink and Dr. Simone Caljouw). The day before (May 11, 2022) Prof. Cañal-Bruland formed part of the PhD examination committee of Raimey Olthuis who successfully defended her thesis titled: "Words Have Power: Talking Yourself Towards Changes in Visual Control and Movement Execution". The members of the Department for the Psychology of Human Movement and Sport congratulate Dr. Olthuis on this achievement!
