Aletta Mondré, Prof. Dr
Aletta Mondré is a political scientist with a focus on governance beyond territorial states. She received her doctorate from the University of Bremen in 2012 (summa cum laude) on forum shopping in international dispute settlement. From 2017-2023 she was a member of Kiel Marine Science and part of the Excellence Cluster ʺFuture Ocean“. Dr. Mondré's research interests center around the interactions between international organizations and their member states as well as the legal framework of international politics. She has extensive teaching experience in the field of international relations and in the supervision of degree theses.
