Team IO @ ISA 2025

The team of the Chair of International Organizations was active at the 66th Annual Convention of the International Studies Association (ISA)External link, which took place March 2-5, 2025, in Chicago.

Professor Christian Kreuder-Sonnen presented two papers titled “Crises as Drivers of De- and Renationalization” and “What's in a 'global' crisis? Narrative divergence and global governance”. In addition, Professor Kreuder-Sonnen served as discussant for the panel “Decision-making Processes in International Organizations”. Philip M. Tantow presented the paper "Authority Shifts in Transboundary Crises". Ann-Kristin Goldapp presented the paper "A Matter of Self-Perception? A Critical Discourse Analysis on the European Commission’s Apparent Change in Crisis Policy in NextGenerationEU".
